Students have chosen their insect/animal for their habitat. Now it is time to start researching!!!

Please research the animal chosen and write/type a report to go with the habitat you build.

Habitats could be made with boxes or tubs…be creative!! Your habitat should include your animal, their home environment, and things that distinguish where they live.

Examples: rainforest, zoo, forest, ocean, jungle, or home as a pet.

Research should include, but not limited to…

The name of your insect/animal

Where does it live?

What does it eat?

Does it have any preditors?

Anything special about your insect/animal?

Is is poisonous?

What does it look like?

How many different species are there?

Take Your Child To Work Day:

Thursday, April 26th is Take Your Child to Work Day. If your child will be going with you to work on that day, please call the office and let them know so that they can excuse the absence. Thank you!

This year the customer survey is online and I am rewarding all students with a free homework pass if their parent fills out the survey.

Once at this site, you will need to set up a user id and password.  The process does not take that long.  It will require you to enter your name, phone, e-mail, child’s name, grade, school.  Lastly, you will need your child’s ten digit (06) number.  It is on the front cover of their planner.  Once you have made a user id and password (write it down) put it in a safe place.  Then, you will be able to take the survey.  Once you finish taking the survey, send me a note in the planner and I will gladly give your child a homework pass for it’s completion.
